06/11/2023: In this linked document, I wrote to the Director, of Strategic Projects and Employee Relations, who had commissioned a re-review of the matter after the Administrative Review Board’s findings of 25 August 2023.
I highlighted fundamental discrepancies in the reviewer’s report such as the avoidance of the primary pathway that should have been used to secure a Certificate of Lawful Use for Bonamy House and I requested access to DPA and Crown Advocates’ communications, challenging their claimed privilege.
I also question the lack of evidence-based adherence to the process and inform the Review Board Chairman, of these concerns, pushing for transparency and accountability. As of 16/02/2024, the Director has not replied.
