06/11/2023: In this linked critique of the re-review’s findings, I highlight significant oversight in the review of my complaint against the DPA. They begin on page 7. Key issues include ignoring the primary pathway for my Certificate of Lawful Use application, ignoring evidence, confusing dates and challenging the non-disclosure of crucial communications. This commentary seeks to rectify the record, advocating for evidence-based review and greater transparency, exposing systemic flaws in the administrative process. The review was so fundamentally wrong that it could not be used. Yet it was.
